AI-Powered Property Maintenance Platform

Led a 6-member cross-functional team building a property-maintenance platform: a FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL database, a React/Vite web dashboard, and React Native apps for tenants and technicians. Owned the architecture, schema, user journeys, and Figma design system, and ran a full-stack security assessment that surfaced 12 vulnerabilities, implementing JWT auth, bcrypt hashing, RBAC, secure uploads, audit logging, and SSL/TLS.
